History

In December 2006, RateTheCoach.com was conceived when two athletes realized an opportunity that others missed. The opportunity was a void in coach information. The two friends knew there had to be a better way to collect and share coach information. Realizing this tremendous need in the coach information model; RateTheCoach was formed. May 18, 2008 the company acquired CoachRatings.com, the largest a coach ratings website in business since 2003. On October 15 2008, RateTheCoach.com launched 1.0. In 2010, the company launched RTC 2.0. In 2011, RateTheCoach launched RTC 3.0.
