Now we can concentrate on our skills and winning games which is what we should have been doing all along.

Jan 23, 2012	Personality: 1 Teaching: 1 Academic: 2 Managerial: 1	Cornell Athletics finally realized this Coach did not have the skills/knowledge and/or personality to lead a Division 1 team - she has been fired as of January, 2012. Players have been unhappy for a long time and many talented players left the team because of this coach. Hopefully, the new coach at Cornell will be more capable than this one has been.

She does not value most of her players - so many on this team have quit because of her lack of ability and poor coaching skills. Losing record since she's been here- 5 years of 0 progress. She needs to go- there's enough talent on the team to win games. She calls herself a relentless recruiter but definitely does not belong in a head coaching position.
